No,I don't think Doug would have made it, because it showed him how to get through the narrow parts of the hike. Also, it inspired Doug to get past the curve.
No, i do not think that Doug would have succeeded because, the cougar pushed him to go forward, she showed Doug the path, and to let him know he wasn't alone.
I think Doug would have succeeded. First of all, there was really one path. Next, if he was lucky, he could have found clues were the cougar had been or some other types of clues. I am confident that Doug will find his way without Charlie ( the cougar ).
I think that even if the cougar hadn't been their Doug would have still succeeded because if someone starts hiking and reaches their fear place, they came all the way up so why not finish it.
I do think that Doug would have not succeeded without the cougar because he was afraid and needed it. He could concentrate on following the cougar because it perhaps knew the way to Gordie. That way, Doug could never have fallen off or something with Charlie as the guide.
Doug definitely needed the cougar's(Charlie's) help. Without Charlie, Doug wouldn't have the courage to cross The Fear Place. Also, the cougar acted as a GPS for Doug
I don't think Doug would have succeeded without the Cougar. Charlie could've known where Gordie was. Doug was scared and quite possibly could have fallen off if Charlie hadn't been there
I do not think Doug would have succeeded without Charlie, the cougar. Charlie helped Doug in several ways. First, Doug was afraid and needed some extra support. Also, Doug was a little confused and needed some direction. I think that the cougar new where Gordie was and how to get there. There for, i do not think Doug would have succeeded without Charlie, the cougar.
I think Doug couldn't have made it because the cougar ,Charlie showed Doug.the way, and encouraged him to go on. The cougar also gave Doug the courage to go on.
I think Doug would have succeeded because he would have figured out anyway. For example, he might have seen a different person hiking up the mountain. Plus I still think he would have made it even if he was leaning on the wall the whole time.
I do not think Doug would have made it because the cougar showed him the path yet gave him courage at the same time. If the cougar wasn't there, he woudn't know where to go and have that courage to get there.
I don't think Doug would have made it to the end because without the cougar, Doug wouldn't have been able to go to the end of the fear place have the stamina to earn his scout badge. If he didn't even see him or even know him, he wouldn't have succeeded.
I think that Charlie was let him know that the trail was completely safe. Doug thought that if Charlie could make it, then he could do it. That is because Charlie is more experienced than Doug

No because the cougar showed how to walk on the ridge. By not hugging the side of the mountain but By balancing on his feet.
